NO START, NO FEE

• The client's fee, payable to Lab Support, is equal to an agreed percentage of the employee's annual compensation
• The fee is only payable once the chosen candidate starts - no placement, no fee
• A special cancellation policy is in effect to make it easier for clients to ensure the employee is the right match. If the employee terminates employment, a replacement candidate is presented or a refund schedule will apply
